Com a pandemia de Covid-19, o setor que já estava em crescimento, deu um salto. De acordo com o estudo da Influencity, realizado em 2020,somente no Instagram Brasil são mais de 9 milhões de influenciadores, sendo 95% usuário que têm até 10.000 seguidores e 0,1% são os chamados“mega-influencers”, aqueles com mais de 1 milhão de seguidores. Desses, segundo a pesquisa da Dia Estúdio, 81% dizem se sentirem pressionados a produzir conteúdo, o que tem ocasionado o desenvolvimento de transtornos de ansiedade e quadros de depressão cada vez mais nos envolvidos.
A pontagrossense, Tais Severick de 21 anos é digital influencer desde fevereiro de 2020, e viu sua vida mudar após começar a viralizar na internet com vídeos de situações divertidas com seu irmão, trocando o escritório de advocacia pelas redes sociais. Hoje, com mais de 940 mil seguidores em uma delas, a jovem revelou que apesar de tantos seguidores, sempre tem alguém para criticar. “Na internet, as pessoas não medem as palavras, eles fazem perfis fakes para fazer comentários negativos”. Em um dos episódios, ela relembrou que as suposições feitas pelo público sobre seu antigo relacionamento, acabaram a magoando.
Além disso, a própria cobrança e a comparação em relação as outros influenciadores também é algo que prejudica. “Eu via os vídeos de uma menina rica, de alto padrão, com um corpo magro e acabava fazendo essas comparações comigo. Aí, me tornei uma pessoa muito ansiosa, desenvolvi compulsão alimentar, provocava vômitos e até parei de comer. Eu não estava bem e os seguidores viam isso”. Assim, Tais comentou que a ajuda dos familiares, amigos e vários profissionais, como nutricionista, psicólogo e psiquiatra, foram de total importância. “Preciso de um time de especialista da saúde para me ajudar. Hoje eu já estou bem melhor, foram episódios bem ruins, mas que aos poucos estou trabalhando em busca do melhor”, comentou.
Afim de prevenir todos esses acontecimentos, a psicóloga Taline Ienk ressaltou a importância de saber diferenciara vida pessoal da digital.“É não se cobrar tanto, não dá para agradar todo mundo. Mas ao sentir algo diferente, procurar ajuda e apoio. Profissional e familiar. É como estar num barco pequeno em meio a uma tempestade, não dá para sair disso sozinho”, comparou ela.
