Que o futebol é uma paixão nacional atrelada a cultura do Brasil, todo mundo sabe, mas os benefícios por trás dessa paixão no cotidiano sendo praticada, são vários.
Edson Guilherme dos Santos, de 19 anos, é um estudante de engenharia mecânica que utiliza o futebol como uma espécie de terapia. “Eu posso até acabar perdendo a paciência fácil no meio dos jogos, mas é uma experiência sempre divertida no fim das contas”, explica.
Edson treina toda semana e participou de campeonatos pelo time do Clube América de Ponta Grossa. De acordo com ele, é extremamente fácil fazer novas amizades por meio do esporte. “Eu fui convidado por um integrante do time, e é impressionante como é fácil fazer amizades por meio do esporte, principalmente o futebol que é o meu caso. Você é recebido como se estivesse em uma família, e isso reconforta muito de várias maneiras. Os caras são receptivos demais, acho que isso é algo que só o futebol brasileiro tem, independente de ser profissional ou uma pelada de finalzinho de semana”.
No futebol feminino, isso também acontece. A ex-jogadora do Independente Esporte Clube e estudante do curso técnico em eletromecânica, Maria Eduarda Melo Matos confirma. “O futebol auxiliou muito no meu desenvolvimento, durante o tempo que fiz parte do time.Aprendi a ser menos introvertida, além de ter contribuído para o meu aprimoramento em competências esportivas, sociais, cognitivas e afetivas”, comenta.
O futebol também foi importante para que Maria Eduarda construísse fortes laços de amizade, tanto que ela ainda se reúne com suas amigas do antigo time para jogar e relembrar os velhos tempos.
Na saúde, Maria afirma que o futebol é um verdadeiro antiestresse. Segundo ela, é um meio leve que ela encontrou de espairecer a cabeça após um dia exaustivo
