Museu de arqueologia serve de apoio didático para estudantes e professores

O museu de arqueologia existe há 15 anos, ele foi inaugurado no ano de 2011 pelo professor Moacir Elias Santos, responsável pelo museu e por esculpir suas réplicas perfeitas. O trabalho começou com as esculturas sendo distribuídas para outras instituições. A procura pelas obras foi tão grande que surgiu a ideia de abrir um museu nos Campos Gerais, para abrigar uma maior demanda de público.

O intuito do museu é criar um espaço diferente onde as pessoas possam visitar e conhecer as esculturas, podendo aprender um pouco mais sobre a história de cada monumento. O intuito é chamar a atenção dos visitantes para as obras expostas que são esculpidas pelo próprio Professor Moacir. Passam por lá diariamente estudantes, professores e turistas em geral.

Moacir Elias relata um pouco sobre a importância da existência do museu para a população pontagrossense. “Ponta Grossa tem poucos atrativos culturais. Com o passar do tempo muita coisa referente a nossa história foi destruída, por isso a necessidade de trazer um pouco mais de conhecimento, sobre elementos que fizeram parte da nossa trajetória”, relata.

Moacir tem obras esculpidas que contam a história do mundo inteiro. Para conhecer de fato as esculturas arqueológicas originais é necessário viajar o mundo todo, lugares como México, Peru, Chile, Estados Unidos, onde se encontram as verdadeiras obras.

As réplicas transmitem de fato muita informação em relação à história da humanidade para seus apreciadores, sem falar no incentivo que desperta nos estudantes que passam por lá e ficam motivados a conhecerem mais sobre a história dos monumentos expostos, aumentando seu conhecimento e seu desempenho na vida escolar.  Interessados que quiserem conhecer o museu, ele está localizado na Rua José Joaquim da Maia, 154 – Oficinas, Ponta Grossa.
