O Projeto que dá visibilidade as bandas locais começa em abril e garante música de boa qualidade na cidade

Ponta Grossa sempre foi conhecida como uma cidade que incentiva a cultura, pensado nisso, a Fundação Municipal de Cultura em parceria com a Prefeitura, desenvolveu o “Sexta às Seis”, cujo o principal objetivo é valorizar as bandas e músicos da cidade, incentivando a produção da música autoral.

Todos os anos várias bandas são selecionadas através do edital da fundação e premiadas para se apresentarem durante o ano. Elas recebem, além do espaço e estrutura, um cachê que esse ano será de R$ 1.200,00.

Nos primeiros anos os shows aconteciam na Concha Acústica, tendo em suas primeiras edições, além de bandas, atrações diversas, como grupos de dança e outros estilos. “Antigamente, não era feito como concurso, as bandas apresentavam sua música e tocavam no evento, agora é preciso se inscrever e passar por uma avaliação para concorrer ao prêmio”, explica Willes G. F. Machado, atual diretor de produção artística.

Desde 2015 os shows ocorrem no Parque Ambiental, em um palco próximo da Estação Arte, e todas as apresentações são gravadas e transmitidas pela TV Educativa.

Sexta às seis apresentação

Muitos músicos acreditam que o projeto contribui para a visibilidade dos seus trabalhos. “Ajudou muito, pois o material disponibilizado às bandas faz diferença na nossa divulgação. Em todas as apresentações é feito um vídeo do show, com imagem e som de qualidade”, conta Marcos Vinicius T. dos Santos, que participou da edição em 2017 com a Banda Trio de Carvalho.

Nesse ano o Sexta às seis inicia no dia 13 de abril. As inscrições estarão disponíveis no site da Prefeitura, e também na Fundação Municipal de Cultura a partir do dia 2 de abril. Podem participar bandas de qualquer estilo musical.
