Os usuários de transporte público de Ponta Grossa já contam com mais uma novidade para se informar sobre horários de cada ônibus disponíveis na cidade.
Não se trata de mais um aplicativo, mas sim da ferramenta de busca online mais popular, o Google, que com mais esse benefício tem o propósito de facilitar a população. O Google lançou um serviço de atualizações em tempo real sobre o transporte público de Ponta Grossa.
Integrado ao Google Maps a ferramenta já está disponível em todo o Paraná, onde só a cidade de Londrina já contava com a busca online.
O recurso online permite ao usuário checar o horário de chegada e saída dos ônibus e indica a melhor linha para o percurso desejado.
Segundo a assessoria de imprensa da Viação Campos Gerais (VCG), o serviço além otimizar o tempo dos usuários, facilita que o passageiro fique mais informado. A assessoria passou que duas empresas parceiras que não tiveram seus nomes divulgados, foram responsáveis pela coleta de dados e envio ao Google.
O passageiro já pode fazer a checagem pelo telefone celular (Android ou iOS), ou computador que precisam estar conectado à internet. O usuário ao colocar o seu destino e o ponto de partida onde se encontra no mapa, ele deverá clicar na opção “Transporte público”, onde a ferramenta do Google Maps irá sugerir a melhor rota e linha de ônibus, a rota será feita toda pelo programa para fazer o melhor percurso. Caso o usuário tenha dúvidas ou não tenha conhecimento do ponto de ônibus, ou mesmo onde pegar, o aplicativo também mostra o caminho até o ponto mais próximo.
Lauro Pedroso, vendedor ambulante, em entrevista fala que vai ser muito bom contar com essa ajuda online e se sente animado com a novidade, Pedroso desconhecia da ferramenta disponível no Google e comenta que faz 20 anos que é usuário do transporte público da cidade e ainda tem dúvidas a respeito de outras linhas de ônibus.
